How to View and Order Your Photographs

Welcome to our convenient online viewing.

Like most computer software, there are many ways to reach your goal here, but we will help you negotiate the possibilities. The sample gallery we will be using is a collection of different images we have permission to use. Please don't be confused by the diversity of this collection. Your gallery will only have your images in it.

On the front page of our website you will see a Gallery Access button. Click on that button.

You will then see category icons at the top and the chalkboard icons of all photos in the gallery following. You may look through the gallery for your photos or quicken your search by clicking on the appropriate category. To accelerate your search even more, click on Access Gallery up in the tool bar, enter your access code and click Submit. This will take you directly to your photos.

Again, the quickest way to view your photos is to click on Access Gallery up in the tool bar, enter your access code and click Submit.

For some galleries, a single chalkboard screen will pop up. Hit Click To Start to watch a quick and enjoyable show of your image collection and snippets of your session. At any time you may move on to view your photos by clicking on Continue to Galley above or below the show.

Now you will see thumbnails of all your photographs on the screen. Before you proceed viewing, click Register, up in the tool bar, so any work you do marking favorites or shopping in this viewing will not be lost. Only if you register will the work you do be saved for your return. To register, simply fill in the fields and click Create Account. After this you will be able to Log In at a later date to pick up where you left off.

Now click on Continue to Gallery to return to your thumbnails.

Notice there are four buttons under each thumbnail. From left to right you will find a magnifying glass to mouse over the thumbnail for a quick larger pop up of the image. The flag button allows you to compare two or more images side by side on the screen. The heart button lets you to mark your favorites. And the shopping cart allows you to view buying options for each photograph.

To enlarge a thumbnail, click on it. --You may enlarge the image even more by clicking on it again. --You may scroll through your photos by clicking Next, and return to already viewed photos by clicking Previous. Or while viewing any enlarged image you may go to the bottom of the screen to pop up the thumbnails and quickly locate a specific image in your gallery.

Mark your favorites as you go by clicking the heart for each image. Then to look at all of your favorites at once, click My Favorites in the tool bar. Now, to compare favorite images in a larger form, click the flag for each image you want to look at side by side. When you have made your "to be compared" selections, click Compare Now.

When you have settled on the images you want to own, you need to purchase each image individually. To order, you must be registered and logged in. Then, when you click on the shopping cart for one of your picks, you will see your buying options.

First, for high school seniors, we need you to select your free yearbook photo. Pick the thumbnail of the photo you want in the yearbook, click its shopping cart, click on Yearbook, click on Yearbook Choice, and click on Add to Cart. You are not obligated to purchase anything, so if you can leave these images behind, Check Out now. Even if you are only ordering your free yearbook photo, you must complete the Check Out process, and to finalize your order, you must click Place This Order.

For those of you who want to purchase prints, the packages are by far the best deal. You get a lot more for your money than if you buy individual prints. However, if none of the packages meet your needs , you may certainly buy the individual prints by clicking on Extra and Individual Prints. All of your a la cart choices are listed here, as well as items that can be added to a package, such as name on wallets--, a contact sheet --or a folio.

Click on the arrow to the left of a package to view package contents to decide which one meets your needs.

To buy a package, click on your choice and click on Add to Cart. A new box will pop up that says Add Current Image to Your Package. We need to know which package prints you want of each pose.

This package, the Self Expression Pack, includes three poses. Click on the arrow to the left of the package now. Select the prints you want of the photo up on your desktop.-- Now, go down to the thumbnails and click on the next image you want to use as a package pose. --Click on Add to Current Image and select the prints you want of this pose. Continue until you have used all your poses and selected all your prints.--

After your package prints are all selected, remember to go into the Extra and Individual Prints to select any add ons and add them to your cart. If you buy a folio, select the folio style and size you want. They come in Classic and Digital formats in 6, 8 or 12 counts. To tell us which photos you want in your folio, go back to your gallery and click hearts for the number of photos in the folio you've picked. Now, make sure you have only that number, 6, 8 or 12 images marked with hearts.

After you have made all your choices, click on Shopping Cart in the tool bar to double check your selections. You may change or remove anything at this point. Make sure you have chosen your yearbook photo if applicable. Now if you are satisfied with your order, click Check Out.

Fill out the required fields and click Save.

You may choose to pick your order up at our studio or pay for shipping and handling. Mark your option.

Now mark how you plan to pay.

You may also add any notes or comments to us on this screen.

Click Continue. Remember, even if you are only ordering your free yearbook photo, you must complete the Check Out process. To finalize your order, click Place This Order.
